It’s official – THP is one of the best places to work!

We’re delighted to announce that THP is officially one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024.

We received the accolade after taking part in an employee engagement survey, run by Workl.

The survey was developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace.

To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organisation must score well across a six-step framework.

High scores for employee engagement

Across the six categories, THP scored 83%. This is 10% higher than the average scored by other participating organisations in our sector. As you can see from the figures below, we scored consistently highly across all categories.
