About Debbie
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Saffron Walden office, Debbie West has been part of the THP family all her career. A tailored approach is key to how Debbie works with her clients. “If you provide clients with personal service and take the time to understand their business,” she says, “they not only stay with you but they recommend you to others.”
Debbie often deals with clients looking to reduce their tax and for this she ensures she understands everything about them: “It all depends on your own issues. It could be tax efficient remuneration planning, making full use of expense claims, pension contributions, or something else,” she explains.
A big believer in having a work life balance to enjoy her time with her small boys, job satisfaction goes a long way in achieving this: “Completing a job well, knowing I have been thorough and producing an accurate result at the end is key.”
