Our employee wellbeing programme was born from one of our engagement surveys and is now well established. Taking a holistic approach, we educate and support our employees with a view to preventing ill-health and assist them further through our benefits offering which includes support such as EAP, unlimited 24/7 remote GP appointments, unlimited mental health support, physiotherapy and health assessments.
