Development

How do we develop our people?  As a smaller firm, there’s a lot of scope for individual progression but we know that development is not ‘one size fits all’. Each year, we actively support each of our employees to work with their manager to create a personal development plan, tailored to their own aspirations.

In addition, we encourage all our employees to undertake regular continued professional development and have invested in 2020 Innovation, an online tool that provides a broad range of training and resources specifically for accountants and those who work in practice.
