I’m not a British or Irish citizen, can I apply?
We welcome applications from all candidates but if you require visa sponsorship, we are not able to offer this.
Do you sponsor people who do not have the right to work in the UK
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to employ people who do not have the right to work in the UK.
What is the selection process for your vacancies?
The selection process will vary depending on the role you’re applying for, but broadly speaking you will meet a member of our People team and a director. You may also be required to undertake some online assessments and to deliver a presentation.
Will I be required to travel for work?
If you work as part of our professional team, you will be required to travel to clients from time to time.
Do I need to be able to drive to work for you?
If you are required to visit clients as part of your role, it will be useful if you can drive, as you will sometimes need to travel to locations that are not that well connected by public transport.
Is the offer with THP just for the training period or will I have a longer-term career?
The offer we make will usually be a permanent offer of employment. We would love for you to have a long-term career with us and hope you will go onto develop this at the end of your training contract.
How does the study work for trainees – is it face to face tuition or self-managed?
We offer face to face study and revision for each exam module with our training provider. When they are ready, we ask our trainees to undertake two exams at any one time though there is some flexibility around this.
