Our Selection Process

STEP ONE

If we think you have a great attitude, motivated the full of potential , we will invite you to an initial 20 minute introductory virtual meeting. You'll be sent a selection of forms prior to this meeting, including:
  • Application for Employment
  • Completion of a selection of aptitude tests
  • Diversity Monitoring Form

STEP TWO

You'll initially meet with Sian Morgan, our People Manager. The conversation with her will include:
  • A discussion about your experience and skills
  • A discussion about us here at THP

STEP THREE

Depending on the outcome of your initial meeting with Sian, you will be asked to return for an in person interview with THP Directors.

OUTCOME

Following this meeting you will hear from us on the outcome of your interview within a maximum of five working days, usually much sooner.
